If you are not satisfied with our hosting services, you may request a refund within 30 days of your initial purchase date. Refunds are only applicable to first-time purchases of eligible hosting plans.
Non-Refundable Services: The following services are generally non-refundable; Domain name registrations and renewals, Domain transfer fees, SSL certificates (once issued), Third-party software licenses, Add-on services already provisioned or activated, Any service marked as non-refundable at checkout, Once these services are processed, they cannot be reversed or refunded.
