Services Provided: Oltacloud provides web hosting, cloud hosting, domain registration, website-related services, and digital infrastructure solutions. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

Acceptable Use Policy: Clients may not use our services for illegal, abusive, or harmful activities including but not limited to: Fraudulent or deceptive activities, Phishing, malware, or hacking-related content, Spam or bulk unsolicited emails, Distribution of viruses or malicious software, Copyright infringement, Hosting pirated material, Activities that negatively affect server stability or network performance.

Strict Prohibited Content: Oltacloud strictly prohibits hosting, distributing, storing, or promoting: Adult content or pornography, Explicit sexual material, Escort or sexually-oriented services, Exploitative or abusive content. Any account found violating this policy may be suspended or terminated immediately without notice or refund.

Billing & Payments: All services are billed in advance according to the selected billing cycle. Invoices are generated before the due date, and reminder notices may be sent to clients prior to service expiration. Failure to make payment on time may result in service interruption.

Suspension & Termination: Services may be suspended 2 days after the invoice due date. Services may be terminated 5 days after the invoice due date if payment remains unpaid. Terminated accounts may result in permanent loss of files, databases, and backups.

Automatic Payments: By enabling recurring billing or saving a payment method with a third-party payment provider, you authorize automatic payments to be charged on or after the invoice due date. Oltacloud may automatically collect outstanding invoice amounts using approved recurring payment methods where applicable. Clients are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds are available.

Card & Payment Information: Oltacloud does not store or retain client debit card or credit card details on our own servers. Payments are securely processed through trusted third-party payment providers that manage payment information according to their own security and compliance standards.

Refund Policy: Refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy page. Oltacloud currently offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on eligible hosting services. Certain services such as domain registrations, renewals, licenses, and third-party products may be non-refundable.

Privacy Policy: Client privacy and data handling practices are governed by our separate Privacy Policy page.

Backups & Data Responsibility: While we may perform backups as part of certain services, clients remain fully responsible for maintaining their own backups of websites, databases, and other data. Oltacloud is not responsible for data loss under any circumstances.

Resource Usage: Clients may not excessively consume server resources in a manner that negatively affects other customers or infrastructure stability. We reserve the right to limit, suspend, or terminate accounts causing abnormal resource usage.

Account Security: Clients are responsible for; Maintaining secure passwords, Protecting account access, Keeping software updated, Preventing unauthorized access to their services. Oltacloud is not liable for damages caused by compromised accounts due to weak passwords, malware, or client negligence.

Service Availability: We strive to maintain reliable uptime and service performance but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation at all times. Scheduled maintenance, upgrades, emergencies, or external provider failures may occasionally affect availability.

Limitation of Liability: Oltacloud shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages including; Data loss, Business interruption, Revenue loss, Lost profits, Security breaches caused by third parties. Use of our services is at the client’s own risk.

Termination of Services: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services at our discretion for violations of these Terms of Service, abuse, illegal activity, non-payment, or actions that threaten our infrastructure or reputation.

Changes to These Terms: Oltacloud may update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
